All in Travel
Abby and I are obsessed with movies. We literally try and see everything that comes out into theaters or online (except horror movies for me, hard pass). From old to new, blockbuster to indie, we certainly have a wide taste in movies and a variety that we call favorites. I think what we all love most is how movies take you somewhere, whether that be a new neighborhood, a foreign country, or some exotic landscape. They seem to transport you into shared experiences, even if it's just for 2 hours.
Asheville North Carolina is one of those cities Abby and I kept hearing that we had to check out. And then we moved to Durham, North Carolina and the recommendations kept coming and coming about how we MUST go visit! Well like anything you hear hyped up once or twice you become skeptical about the craze, but after the constant nudges from those around us we pulled the trigger and hit the road to see what all the fuss was about.
As everyone who visits Savannah for the first time can attest, we found the city to be quite charming. The Spanish moss hangs from the treetops and the 22 open squares around town make navigating your way both convenient and enjoyable. Savannah really started to feel like home on this quick trip.
